Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist controllers with account status updates and follow-ups on collections.
- Track and review attorney time entries to support billing processes.
- Maintain organized billing records and resolve billing-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to enhance office operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with attorneys and partners to address billing questions and concerns.
- Utilize legal billing systems and case management platforms effectively.

Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Preferred experience in a law firm setting and familiarity with LEDES billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys and staff.
- Experience with legal billing systems or case management platforms is advantageous.
