Senior Project Architect

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate interior architecture projects, including design development, construction documentation, and permitting processes.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications using Revit and SketchUp software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety codes, architectural standards, and project timelines.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on interior design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team interactions.
• Experience in managing projects from design development through construction administration phases.
