Overview

  • Lead interior design projects for commercial and industrial spaces, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful designs.
  • Utilize Revit software to create detailed design plans and project documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards in all design deliverables.

  • Work on-site to oversee project implementation and ensure design fidelity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute interior design concepts for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate interior designs with structural elements.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with preference for 10 years.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation.
  • Experience with commercial and industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff effectively.
