Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.

- Lead performance evaluations and implement staff development programs to enhance skills.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
- Proven ability to lead and manage healthcare teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational standards.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation within a healthcare setting.
