Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or financial management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience at the director level, managing teams and driving results.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Sage preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
- Experience in managing insurance claims and liaising with external providers.
