Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze systems, user needs, and processes to inform strategic product decisions and initiatives.
  • Define and evaluate product capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user requirements.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and inform product development strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through development phases, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines effectively.
  • Develop detailed artifacts such as project briefs, roadmaps, and release communications to support successful implementations.
  • Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and communication practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Balance technical feasibility and user impact in solution strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product capabilities and actionable requirements effectively.
  • Strong technical literacy and experience collaborating with Engineering and QA teams.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, platforms, or integration-heavy environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, and operational workflows is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to drive project success.
