Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-15 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-team organizations.
- Proven expertise in modern web technologies, API-driven architectures, and cloud environments.
- Strong leadership skills in roadmap execution, delivery tracking, and team management.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales/marketing integrations, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and testing frameworks to enhance development processes.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
