Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in system design, development, and integration processes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-grade requirements and manufacturing scale-up processes.
  • Preferred experience in technology, aerospace, robotics, or advanced systems engineering.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to obtain or hold necessary certifications or clearances as required.
