Overview

- Manage retrofit, occupied-space renovation, and phased construction projects with a focus on technical excellence.
- Ensure adherence to federal and GSA regulations, maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with mechanical contractors and HVAC-focused construction firms to achieve project goals.
- Provide leadership in field operations, coordinating trades and resolving challenges effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management; 7 years preferred.
- Strong expertise in HVAC-heavy systems and MEP operations.
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $20 million in value.
- Demonstrated field leadership experience coordinating subcontractor trades effectively.
- Knowledge of retrofit, occupied-space renovation, and phased construction projects.
- Familiarity with federal and GSA project requirements and regulations.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC/MEP systems and applications.
