Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements to maintain project efficiency.
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Monitor project progress and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong knowledge of energy systems, HVAC, and sustainability practices.
- Experience in implementing safety and quality control standards.
- OSHA-30 certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to travel extensively or relocate as project needs dictate.
