Traveling Wastewater Project Manager

Overview

• Lead wastewater construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and monitor wastewater construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their capabilities.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater construction projects; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
