Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct detailed analysis and valuation for private equity funds and co-investments, ensuring precision and strategic alignment.
  • Perform underwriting and due diligence for investment recommendations, identifying risks and optimizing deal structures.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop scenario analyses to support investment decisions during underwriting and surveillance processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisors, general partners, and market analysts to enhance investment strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity or alternative investments; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with strong analytical skills.
  • Technical expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems is essential.
  • Preferred qualifications include MBA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment strategies.
