Job Description

Overview

  • Lead fund origination initiatives, focusing on new product development, structuring, and lifecycle management for alternative investment vehicles.
  • Collaborate with asset and wealth managers to align funds with regulatory and commercial requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and successful fund launches.
  • Oversee the development and approval of marketing materials and fund-related documentation.
  • Shape service offerings across multiple fund structures by leveraging industry expertise.
  • Support strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives to enhance fund origination processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate closely with legal and compliance teams for reviews and approvals.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for new fund approvals and launches.
  • Develop marketing materials to support fund promotion and investor engagement.
  • Drive product management decisions for existing funds on the menu.
  • Ensure timely communication and collaboration across departments for fund lifecycle management.
  • Adapt to evolving market trends and regulatory requirements to optimize fund offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in product structuring, fund administration, and management.
  • Expertise in alternative investments and various fund structures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments effectively.
