Overview

  • Work on ground-up construction projects, specializing in cold storage facilities, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Travel to various project sites, providing hands-on supervision and coordination of construction processes.
  • Contribute to the successful completion of a $90MM cold storage project, starting in July.
  • Utilize your expertise in food and beverage construction projects to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address construction challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in food and beverage projects.
  • Proven ability to manage ground-up construction projects effectively, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
