Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for program participants.
- Supervise and mentor healthcare staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

- Provide training on health and hygiene, communicable disease control, and client-specific care.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with developmental disability populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and care coordination tools.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
- Excellent supervisory and training capabilities to lead healthcare teams effectively.
