POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT staffing division remotely. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading technology clients, implement innovative recruitment strategies, and drive impactful placements in the IT sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to source and place top IT professionals in client organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and client objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and industry data to identify new business opportunities and enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in networking events and professional associations to expand industry presence and connections.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in agency recruiting or 1 year in IT recruitment; 4 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in IT recruitment strategies and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and recruitment outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
