Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to streamline project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns effectively.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards in all construction activities.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners to optimize project outcomes.
• Drive innovation in construction practices to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale mixed-use developments and adaptive reuse projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Experience with aviation infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software to enhance operational efficiency.
