Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Structure and oversee fund finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and clients to ensure effective financial monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze financial documents to identify risks and opportunities in financing activities and recommend solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive credit documentation for management and regulatory review, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund finance, with 6-8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in underwriting, structuring, and loan syndication processes is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business environments and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial analysis tools is required.
