Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring optimal performance and accurate results.
- Conduct testing and analysis adhering to USP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve Out-Of-Specification results following established protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline laboratory processes and enhance productivity.
- Train on new test methods and instrumentation to expand technical expertise.
- Balance testing responsibilities and project deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards and laboratory best practices.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to maintain operational efficiency of laboratory equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a cGMP environment.
- Proficiency in laboratory analytical techniques, including titrations and sample preparation.
- Experience with Empower software and chromatography operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC) troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high-energy laboratory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
