Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Supervise daily activities of work teams, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate hospital administrative functions to support patient care and maintain compliance standards.
- Manage care delivery operations within a 24/7 environment, ensuring resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
- Minimum one year of leadership experience with or without direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in business operations or clinical healthcare preferred.
- Ability to manage operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
