- Perform point-of-care tests and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring their completion.
- Coordinate care team scheduling and manage Paid Time Off requests effectively.
- Conduct patient assessments, verify chief complaints, and document vital signs accurately.
- Prepare materials for daily huddles and review patient charts for missing labs or reports.
- Assist in clinical supply inventory management and ensure availability of necessary equipment.
- Provide general nursing care, including administering medications and treatments per orders.
- Collaborate with physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current New York State RN licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospital or ambulatory settings.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, regulations, and practices to evaluate patient care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical chart reporting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; BSN preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within scope of practice.
