Overview

  • Serve as a Senior Accountant in a dynamic financial environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Great Plains for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation to support financial reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Great Plains software.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
