Key Responsibilities & Duties

Act as the primary AI transformation leader for a large alternative asset manager client.
Collaborate with C-suite executives and teams to define AI strategies and priorities.
Design and implement AI solutions for investment research, portfolio monitoring, and fund operations.
Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Develop AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Promote user adoption and manage organizational change to integrate AI solutions effectively.
Monitor advancements in AI technologies and evaluate their relevance to client objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10–15 years of experience in consulting, AI/data transformation, or technology leadership roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale AI or digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.
Experience with alternative asset managers and private markets workflows.
Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors effectively.
