Overview

  • Support the sales team by managing RFP responses during the busy season.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize and analyze data effectively.
  • Temporary contract role lasting 3-6 months with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and manage RFP responses using Excel as the primary tool.
  • Assist the sales team in organizing and analyzing data for client proposals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline sales operations processes.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department during peak periods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or data analysis.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
