Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop in-depth knowledge of asset classes and AQR products to provide informed client support.
- Manage onboarding processes for new RIAs and accounts within Flex SMA strategies.
- Oversee daily contribution, withdrawal, and transfer processes for managed accounts.
- Coordinate with business development and legal teams to ensure document completion.
- Collaborate with portfolio implementation teams to facilitate portfolio optimization.
- Investigate and resolve operational inquiries spanning the firm's infrastructure.
- Work with engineering teams to enhance systems and improve workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and create scalable workflows for operational alignment.
- Drive and track project initiatives to support organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, focusing on client services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Passion for client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
