Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure readiness for meetings and calls with the CEO.
- Manage executive correspondence, including screening, drafting responses, and archiving emails.
- Plan and oversee travel logistics for events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Organize team meetings, office events, and team-building activities to foster collaboration.
- Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and financial processes related to office activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in executive support or office management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in creative industries or global organizations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
