Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership skills.
- National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive quality improvement and staff engagement initiatives.
