Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire.
- Minimum six months of experience in Women and Infants nursing or fellowship completion.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Preferred certifications include STABLE and advanced neonatal care credentials.
