Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide operational and financial leadership for multiple ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead day-to-day operations, collaborating with administrators and medical staff to optimize performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all facilities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital surgical leadership.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance effectively.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Experience in physician relations and credentialing processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement operational improvements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional oversight and collaboration.
