Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to align with project schedules.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Identify causes of budget discrepancies and implement corrective measures to maintain financial integrity.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced construction management software platforms for efficient project oversight and reporting.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of construction management experience, including supervisory roles on significant projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and P6.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and proven ability to enforce them effectively on job sites.
- Demonstrated expertise in directing subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Alignment with standards of excellence, including adaptability, ethical conduct, and commitment to quality.
- Experience managing construction projects valued at $15M or more, showcasing leadership and organizational skills.
- Hands-on field experience in construction operations, emphasizing problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
