Overview

• Oversee multifamily, multiuse residential, and student housing construction projects valued at $15-20M.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction projects in the hospitality sector, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints.
• Supervise project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing hospitality, multifamily, and student housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams.
• Ability to oversee projects valued at $15-20M, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
