Overview

  • Lead construction projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee multifamily, multiuse residential, and student housing construction projects valued at $15-20M.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Utilize your expertise in hospitality construction to deliver innovative and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage construction projects in the hospitality sector, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints.
