Overview

  • Lead operations for two ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, including physician recruitment and service line expansion to enhance case volume.
  • Oversee clinical, administrative, and business office operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, projections, and financial controls to achieve operational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders to support governance and partnership interests.
  • Implement cost-effective operational plans while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Participate in leadership development programs and promote professional growth among facility managers.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, including AAAHC regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive clinical, financial, and operational excellence.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including financial controls, reporting, and budget oversight.
  • Recruit and onboard physicians to enhance case volume and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate administrative duties to ensure efficient staff functioning and resource allocation.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance programs to maintain accreditation and safety standards.
  • Evaluate and develop personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Ensure effective billing, collection, and accounts payable management to optimize fiscal performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; BSN or RN preferred, with 4+ years of management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including AAAHC standards.
  • Experience in ambulatory surgery center operations and physician recruitment highly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and personnel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and goal-setting activities.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and operational execution within healthcare settings.
