Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Review and reconcile credit card transactions and accounts receivable records.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare schedules and gather documentation for external audits and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and operations teams for accurate financial reporting.
  • Research and resolve cash application transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to internal controls.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
  • CPA Candidate or CPA Eligible is preferred for this role.
  • 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite ERP and BILL software is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and external audit preparation is essential.
