Overview

  • Drive the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Leverage innovative construction technologies to optimize project outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices throughout project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build and CMAR project delivery methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in estimating and preconstruction processes is advantageous.
