Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance data quality and governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries for comprehensive financial data analysis.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable reporting solutions using Python and Power BI.
  • Leverage advanced tools to automate data tasks and extract market insights.
  • Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Support portfolio managers with macroeconomic data analysis for strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in documentation and validation of data processes.
  • Promote cross-training and collaboration within a highly skilled team environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4–6 years of experience in financial analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python, Power BI, and Databricks preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Experience with large-scale financial datasets and translating findings for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data quality validation, governance, and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with leveraging advanced tools for data task automation and insights.
  • CFA certification or willingness to pursue CFA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
