Overview

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.

• Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
