Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion for a dynamic developer-builder organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architectural, surveying, and engineering professionals to ensure project success.
  • Oversee land acquisition, site design, utility coordination, and facility construction processes.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership in managing industrial, tilt, PEMB, warehouse, and distribution projects.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in design-build methodologies.
  • Contribute to the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, in-house developed projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for architectural, structural, and civil engineering tasks.
  • Oversee land acquisition, site design, and utility coordination activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain project transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 15 years preferred, in project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial, tilt, PEMB, warehouse, and distribution projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and in-house development processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
