Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in design leadership roles; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design professionals effectively.
