Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technical sectors.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
