Job Description

Overview

  • Drive the development of innovative enterprise-scale solutions, ensuring impactful outcomes from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to define workflows and assess technical feasibility.
  • Lead research initiatives to gather qualitative and quantitative insights for product development.
  • Develop strategic solutions by evaluating feasibility, risks, and trade-offs effectively.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery, preparing technical and organizational readiness.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Enhance workflows, tools, and communication practices for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, clarity, and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop deep expertise in assigned domains, understanding systems, users, and processes comprehensively.
  • Define and refine end-to-end capability behaviors, improving existing patterns and workflows.
  • Specify detailed business rules, states, transitions, and exception handling for solutions.
  • Conduct discovery and research, validating assumptions through stakeholder engagement.
  • Generate and evaluate strategic solution options, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Translate concepts into actionable plans, managing risks and interdependencies effectively.
  • Align stakeholders across business, operations, and technology for cohesive execution.
  • Produce high-quality artifacts such as briefs, roadmaps, and release communications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to define product capabilities and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Experience designing user workflows and wireframes effectively.
  • Strong technical literacy and experience collaborating with Engineering and QA teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, and operational workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise, platform, or integration-heavy systems is advantageous.
