Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee interior construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on interiors.
• Proven leadership experience in managing on-site construction teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets effectively.
