Overview

  • Direct and oversee interior construction projects, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient interior solutions.
  • Manage on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee interior construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to align construction activities with project goals.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in managing on-site construction teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
