Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in fabricating dental appliances, including crowns, bridges, and dentures, with precision and care.
• Prepare and refine dental models from impressions or digital scans to ensure accuracy.
• Polish and finish dental restorations to meet high-quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and sterilize lab equipment and workstations to uphold hygiene standards.
• Organize and track cases efficiently to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to support smooth operations.
• Package completed cases for delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in dental labs or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection control guidelines is beneficial.
