Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Develop and implement strategic business initiatives to drive organizational growth and market presence.
• Mentor and manage engineering teams, promoting collaboration and professional development.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for diverse projects.

• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory for this role.
• Minimum of 8 years of civil engineering experience; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in business development and project leadership within the civil engineering domain.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software tools.
• Experience managing private sector projects, including commercial and industrial developments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
