Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver expert tax advisory services, addressing complex issues and planning opportunities.
  • Oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings.
  • Provide accurate guidance on diverse tax compliance inquiries from clients.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve professional growth.
  • Conduct thorough tax and accounting research to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop engagement budgets, assign workloads, and prepare internal performance reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership to unify processes and leverage shared services for innovation.
  • Support practice growth by enhancing services for existing clients and cultivating new relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field is required.
  • Active CPA license with 10+ years of progressive experience in business taxation.
  • Proven track record of leading client engagements and driving practice growth.
  • Strong expertise in corporate, partnership, trust, and individual taxation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with leveraging data analytics, AI tools, and operational innovations.
