Overview

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence for a wealth management firm.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to achieve double-digit AUM and EBITDA growth.
  • Implement and refine the Aspen Growth Model for value creation and scalability.
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across organizational processes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the firm.
  • Ensure operational maturity and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop and oversee KPI dashboards for performance transparency and improvement.
  • Prepare the firm for M&A activities and lead integration processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute strategic initiatives to achieve firm P&L targets and growth objectives.
  • Implement the Aspen Growth Model, focusing on pricing, marketing, and value creation.
  • Lead operational initiatives and cross-functional project management efforts.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance tracking and improvement.
  • Ensure operational compliance and client service excellence across the organization.
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the firm’s operations.
  • Collaborate with Aspen HQ for seamless project execution and operational alignment.
  • Prepare the firm for M&A readiness and lead integration processes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience; 25 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Expertise in financial management, KPI development, and performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Experience with M&A processes and integration strategies.
  • Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards.
