Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Coordinate front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor assistance.
  • Support administrative tasks to maintain office organization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Provide assistance with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Ensure the reception area is orderly, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Act as a resource for visitors and team members, addressing inquiries promptly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and routing as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Organize and distribute mail and expedited packages efficiently.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory, placing orders as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
