Overview
- Serve as a critical member of the Portfolio Services team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to both Product Control and Client & Portfolio Services functions, ensuring operational excellence and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform quality control reviews of trade booking methodologies, ensuring compliance with policies and GAAP standards.
- Validate portfolio components, including cash positions, securities holdings, and performance data for accuracy.
- Investigate variances during reconciliation processes, collaborating with teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed performance attribution reports, explaining portfolio returns and contributing factors.
- Produce P&L reports for portfolio managers, the Investment Committee, CFO, and CIO.
- Respond to ad hoc performance inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Compute carve-out track records and analyses to support fundraising processes.
- Prepare recurring client reporting deliverables for LPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through technology integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio services or related roles; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in GAAP standards and investment accounting principles is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance attribution and P&L reporting.
- Experience with reconciliation processes and variance analysis is highly valued.
- Ability to manage recurring and ad hoc reporting requests efficiently.
- Familiarity with technology-driven process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
