Overview
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives for a Medicaid-focused Personal Care Services branch in Missouri.
- Manage full P&L accountability, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency of the branch.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand community-based referral networks and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Missouri DHSS, DSDS, and MMAC regulations, obtaining Designated Manager certification if required.
- Recruit, retain, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational goals and service excellence.
- Act as the local face of the organization, engaging in community events and client visits.
- Drive metrics-driven growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align branch operations with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and financial targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources to drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct fieldwork, including client visits and community engagement activities, to strengthen local presence.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with state Medicaid regulations and obtain necessary certifications.
- Collaborate with leadership to align branch goals with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal care, home health, or hospice.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
- Prior Medicaid and personal care experience essential; business development experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Missouri DHSS, DSDS, and MMAC regulations.
- Designated Manager certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive metrics-driven growth.
