Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage contracts and provide logistical support to field teams for seamless project execution.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to align schedules and ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication between architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address project needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute to the development and execution of negotiated and repeat customer projects.
- Support self-perform divisions in concrete and carpentry tasks as required.
- Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial or government projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, financial oversight, and logistical coordination.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction projects.
