Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Active state medical license and DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care settings, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and standard office software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide care teams and patient interactions.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to travel locally for patient care and nationally for training or recruitment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
